Prior to joining NutriFormance, Tyler completed his undergrad at Missouri State University getting his BS in Exercise and Movement Science. He got to work with a variety of athletes with the Athletic Training department focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation, then with the Strength and Conditioning staff covering everything from weightlifting to testing/evaluation. Tyler performed over 500 hours internship primarily with MSU Football Strength staff but also with soccer, cross country, and track. old and her mom brought her to Physical Therapy to help recover from her injury.
Tyler grew up in St. Louis and attended Parkway South, where he played volleyball all four years. During his high school career, a car accident sent him to physical therapy where Tyler found a drive to help other athletes recover from injuries to return to performance.
Tyler is driven to continuously improve himself in the weight room as well as finding new ways to improve performance of those he works with. He wants to help athletes and nonathletes of all ages reach their goals and maintain an active lifestyle. One of his favorite quotes is “Two things you can control: attitude & effort.”
