Steven played baseball throughout his childhood and high school years until he tore his rotator cuff his junior year. After rehabbing his injury, Steven’s passion for fitness and weight training began to expand. In the beginning, Steven was influenced by his father who was a former power lifter. Over time, Steven’s goals changed, and he adopted new training philosophies and continues to increase his knowledge so he can help all individuals meet their goals.
