Elizabeth Quaid, MS, RD, LD, ACSM-CPT
Elizabeth Quaid is a Registered Dietitian and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for combining nutrition and fitness to help individuals optimize performance and achieve their personal goals.
Elizabeth earned her M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, with an emphasis in Nutrition and Physical Performance, from Saint Louis University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi, where she gained hands-on experience working with sports performance dietitians and strength & conditioning coaches to help student-athletes fuel their bodies and compete at a high level. During her time there, she contributed to the Ole Miss Rebels Baseball team in their 2022 College World Series championship.
In addition to her sports nutrition background, Elizabeth is also experienced in teaching group fitness classes and enjoys implementing functional training principles into her coaching. She brings an energetic, evidence-based approach to every client interaction and is deeply committed to helping people perform, feel, and live better through personalized nutrition and fitness strategies.
