Brian Dryden, MS, CSCS

Personal Trainer

Prior to joining NutriFormance and Athletic republic, Brian was the Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Western Carolina University where he oversaw all training for Women’s Basketball, Women’s Soccer, and Softball. He also assisted with Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Golf, and Track. Before that he was at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where he oversaw the sports performance training of the men’s and women’s track and field programs, women’s volleyball, women’s swimming, and women’s golf. Brian also assisted with football, men’s and women’s basketball, cross country, wrestling, baseball, and softball. In addition to his training duties, Brian improved the sports performance programs through reliable athletic-based testing protocols, nutrition education, & training education on multiple social media platforms as well as designing systematic training programs for reliable long-term athletic development.

Brian performed a Graduate Internship at Arizona State University from 2018-2020 working with their Olympic Sports Programs including national champions, Olympians, and professional athletes across 16 Division I sports.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University (2018) and master’s degree in Exercise and Wellness with an emphasis in Fitness and Conditioning from the Arizona State (2020). Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
